This compass sticker was designed during an internship for The Navigators, a Christian missions organization based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. When the organization travels to recruit they have a table setup to attract passers by, and this is the environment my sticker was created to live in. The Navigators recruits at Cedarville University, and it's fun to see students walking around with this sticker I designed on their water bottles and laptops.

One thing I had to think through in creating this sticker was the use of symbolism. Using a globe seemed overdone in missions organizations, and I knew compasses were on the verge of being overused as well. But I thought I could make it different enough to set it apart. I was able to double the arrows around the circumference as houses and trees to give them a dual interpretation and further the concept of The Navigators being a global missions organization.
